Hi,

I have the same issue with the Twitter App. I am using Android 7.1.1, latest version. If you read the comments to the Twitter app on Google Play Store, you will be able to find out, that the negative comments are coming from excited Sony users. No good advertising for Sony.

Me too. I've tried all the usual things like uninstall/reinstall, clear app cache, clear app data. *Really* missing it!

since twitter it's a third party app, it's up to the app developer to address any compatibility issues, not Sony.

Same problem here, after update to 7.1.1 there is no access to Twitter. On Twitter support only Sony Xperia user reports problems with the app, so i think ist the work of Sony to fix this problem!

I phoned Sony & was told Twitter will have to release a patch to fix the problem. Can still access Twitter Lite through Chrome then twitter.com

Seems to work, but nowhere near as good.

Hi,

Repair Software with Xperia Companion solves the issue, but I think this is not the best solution...

Hi, i have the exact same problem as what you've all stated... Is there any solutions yet, or do we just wait for Sony to update the software again

Also, I have the issue with the camera album...i am unable to delete any photos as the delete button just doesn't do anything.. Anyone else have that problem?

Hello, same in here, twitter is logging me out every time I open the app and not loading tweets at all, in fact since the last two updates Ive had several issues, OS is sometimes too slow, bluetooth turning on by itself sometimes and some apps crashing and in the caller history meny not showing the name of the contact not even in inbound and outbound calls.

Anyone esle having same issues ?

Please HELP sony.

Yes, I have the same problems.

And I can't take incomming calls becouse the OS is so slow or is rebooting.
