XZ Hanging,Heating,Lagging,Ram Usage Problem

Hi,

Now I`ve experienced my Xz hanging during this time after update 7.1.1 (May Security Patch).

I`ve been restarted it every day bucause of hanging ,over heating.I`ve used with Safe Mode and it`s still hanging.

Give me some advise how to fix this issue .

Do a software repair . That should make it work.

Do you have facebook messengers installed?

I`ve try with software repair tools, but it still hanging.

I`ve installed Facebook,Viber ,Messenger.But I don`t known why hanging after one day.Last time I used Z5, and its worth to use it.

Now I thinking to take my phone to service centre to fix .

Okay uninstall messengers ... That's the main culprit

Download Messenger lite from play store or apk mirror site ..

Restart your phone and see the magic.. And do let me know if it performs way better

Was having the same issue, hanging, running slow, was ready to throw my phone however deleted messenger and now it's running great. Thank you.

Ram usage is high in mine as well.. good to know your devices are doing well now ... Hoping to get this ram usage fixed in future updates

Currently having the same issues.

I have uninstalled Messenger but it has made no difference.

If phone is charging the issue is even worse and the phone just wont work.

Also overheating and battery draining. So lagging it is untrue.

Sony Xz will be my last phone from Sony mobile. The problem is the the latest update (41.2.A.7.35) and Sony has no repsonse to XZ's users.

My XZ is terrible laggy, over heating, high RAM usage. SAMSUNG does right thing with note 7 but Sony is so poor.

It's the SwiftKey app. I have an F8332 dual sim and have had all the problems described by others since the 7.1.1 update, 2-3 weeks ago, which is the first time I saw this app.

I read somewhere that it was a problem (I thought here but cannot find it so apologies if I'm stealing someone else's glory) and have tested it today.

Go to SwiftKey in apps, force stop it. Turn off all app permissions. Sign out. Restart phone. Don't create an account or sign back in.

I did this yesterday and my phone has behaved completely normally all day with good battery life. Ram is running at 1.9 to 2.1 but releases itself at around 2.15GB and everything is snappy again.

Well, I followed the suggestion from different forums and after two days I can see results. No more lagging, RAM usage down to 1.8 GB, no more delayed calls and finally and most importantly I am getting a Screen On Time of 6 hours + on one charge with wifi all day long. Here is what to do

1. Disable movie app

2.Disable google news feed

3. Disable Bluetooth scanning and WiFi scanning on Location settings.

4. Restart your phone and you are done.
