      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps try developers option &amp;amp; enable USB debugging if yours isn't activated yet, for most Windows OS PC's it should detect automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried the same type C cable with another two USB Type C devices and the PC can detect both of them as USB device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess I need to go down to Service Centre to check, most likely the USB port of the XPZ is down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now the phone is in Sony Service Centre since last Sunday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have tried to reformat the phone, but the problem still persists. They suspect it could be USB hardware issue. Will update after I collect my phone in 7 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Took back the phone from Repair Service center. They replaced the whole motherboard and battery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
