      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a week after I reseted my phone the secondary microphone started recording static sound permanently. Every time I restart my phone I get the notification to set the mic sensitivity. Calling works fine, but when I record video or audio I just get a static noise. Here's a example video, at the fifth second I begin to tap the mic&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://my.mixtape.moe/wwwxce.mp4" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://my.mixtape.moe/wwwxce.mp4&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something software related that I can do or should I contact the support? (And if I have to, would this issue be covered by the warranty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am sorry to hear about this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please test it under Settings &amp;gt; About Phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Microphone. Does it have the same static in here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done the test in safe mode, same result. Also I've tried a factory reset, still static from the mic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
