Xperia XZ is always freezing and rebooting, not useable anymore

I have gotten my Xperia around 2 months ago, after a short time it started freezing and crashing, no matter what I did (listening to music, even using the touchscreen). After each freeze it reboots and right now it has gotten to the point where I can not use the phone for even 5 minutes without a complete freeze and reboot.

I have done all I could,

Restarted the phone

Restarted in safe mode

took out the SIM card

Took out the battery

Hard reset (all data lost, all additional apps deinstalled)

Downgraded OS

Cleaned cache

No effect...it still freezes...also sometimes after rebooting it does some strange clicking sounds when waiting for my pin...no idea whether this is normal but it sounds really creepy.

Since I do not see any more options, I guess it is a hardware problem. What should I do? I am pretty unhappy, as this is my first Sony product that is an utterly mess.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue, you might want to get it inspected by your Local support
