My new XZ only adjust the volume of ringtone and notifications at sametime. My previus Z3 can adjust separatly. I suggest to separate these volume adjustments at next software updates.

As you say, there is currently no setting that allows you to change these volumes separately. I will forward this as user feedback though, so thank you for sharing your thought on this!

I noticed that too recently, as @pabloomori previously mentioned, that you're unable to separately adjust the ringtone and notification volumes on the XZ unlike the Z3 - which was also the phone i had before the XZ... 😉

It would be great if Sony could incorporate it into the next update.

This is common sense to separate the volume and notifiacations adjustment levels. My old Xperia phone had this problem. The new Xperia has this problem. Why no response from Sony when they have heard the feed back?
