Charging problem

My xz premium has started this last 2 days. Charges to 93% green light goes out. Battery care on or off no difference. Have to restart phone to finish charging. Will be phoning support in the morning if no solution on here. Cheers

I have noticed with mine that Battery Care is no longer doing anything no matter what time I put it on the charger. There needs to be a way to either reset the utility or it should just work on a standard 8 hour sleep time. It charges fast up to 100% but it just sits there for hours as if you had this feature turned off completely. Useless as it is even though it used to pop up with a screen stating it was in use for awhile after receiving the phone.

Just had info from another thread. By pressing and holding the volume up and power for 15 to 20 seconds. Clears the cache causing such as false battery level etc.
