Connection problem with Garmin fenix5

Currently I'm experienced with the pgine could not connect to my garmin fenix 5 while Bluetooth is always opened. The solution sofar is remove femix 5 device and re_pair it. Does anyone experienced with this problem? And how to fix it?

Are you using Garmin Connect to connect the Fenix 5?

Garmin Connect for Android is a little buggy still and I loose my connection all the time but it does come back. Happens on other Android and iphones as well.

Yes, I using garmin connect but don't know why loss the connection and could not resume.

Now the problem is gone, so far the phone (garmin connect software), can connect with my fenix 5.

I changed my Battery configuration in STAMIN option from " Balanced power saving" option. to " Device performance preferred". Now it's seem like everthing is work fine.

Battery - STAMINA level configuration

I will keep monitor for this issue to ensure the problem has been solve permanently.

The problem still persist, sometime my xz cannot connect with my fenix 5x 😢.

How should I do to eliminate the problem?
