Cannot install apk file

Hi there,

I accidentally uninstalled an app so I re-download the apk to install it. However I couldn't press the 'next' button to install it no matter how. I searched solution online and so far I had already done all this:

- enabled unknown resources in security settings

- there is no screen filter app installed in my phone

- turned off all draw over other apps such as messenger

- removed all widgets from the home screen

- restart my phone many times

- clear off all running apps

Did I overlook something?

why don't you install it through the official PlayStore?

I would love to do that but unfortunately that app is only available to download in Japan PlayStore that's why I am using apk.

I already followed the instructions, I added in the billing address to Japan, I removed Google account and add in back again, I forced close the Play Store App then clear data, I had done everything but there is still no changes to Play Store.

ok so I search up some instruction online and I tried to set up this VPN in my phone and it's not working and it is too complicated for me, I totally have no idea what I am doing
