      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a difference between performing a factory reset and doing a software repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When performing a factory reset the Android software will be left untouched, only data on the internal storage will be removed, such as installed applications, contacts and so forth.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you do a&amp;nbsp;software repair the internal storage will be wiped and the latest available software will be reinstalled in the phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In your case I would recommend a software repair before contacting your local support team to arrange a repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it works after the software repair!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
