Notifications don't dissapear if using quick reply

When I quick reply from the notifications, notifications don't disappear. They stay same and if I reply again it sends the same message again then notification disappear. It happens all the applications such as whatsapp, SMS etc. How can I solve it? (sorry for the bad english)

This seems to be a bug since Nougat 7.0 where replied messages in the notification panel (quick reply) stay or don't go away. You may see screenshot for reference.

@ermond12 I think I have experienced this as well in messages app. Were you able to replicate in different apps?

Yes, it also happens in Android Messages app...😐 See screenshot..

In Android™ 7 (Nougat) the notification will disappear when replying to a message from within the notification (Quick Reply), whereas in Android™ 7.1 (Nougat) the notification will not disappear.

Android™ Messages application

In the latest version of the application the notification stays when replying to a message from the notification (Quick Reply).

We don't have information about Facebook™ Messenger and What's App.

Thank you for the response. It also happens in 7.0 Nougat unfortunately...
