Setting for sending/receiving MMS

Hi everyone.

I have the xperia x10 as well as the arc. I'm currently an AT&T customer. For the past few years, I haven't been able to send MMS through my sony ericsson phones. I have data plan and text messaging plan, but I still cannot send MMS. I confirmed with AT&T that the texting plan including MMS, but I can never receive or send MMS. I cannot even download the settings for wireless and MMS. It says that I am unable to download it, and I don't understand why! I know many people had trouble with this issue and I am not sure if they were every resolved.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

AT&T cannot help since the phones are not their devices. Hope those who can successfully resolved this issue can help me and many other users who are having the same problem!! Your help is greatly appreciated!!

AT&T sucks and even if you get a phone from them, they don't know how to help you

settings -> wireless & networks -> mobile networks -> access point names -> MENU -> add New

I saw your post from December regarding not being able to use MMS on AT&T. I am having the same problem with my Sony Ercisson. Did you get your problem resolved? I have tried using the settings suggested by everyone in the forums but nothing has worked yet. 😞
