Sony Ericsson x10 mini pro crashed!

hi, my x10 mini pro's crashed and is not able to boot or connect to pc, all that happens when you press the power button is it vibrates and shows a dull black screen without the SE name coming up, any suggestions on what i should do?

You can repair it with Update Service, but know that you will lose anything that you haven't backed up

Update Service (SEUS)

i installed the update and the same thing keeps happening, even without pressing the power button the phone keeps turning itself on and off just showing a dull black screen

your phone should be OFF for SEUS to work. try again and make sure you press and HOLD the Back button the whole time

nope same thing keeps happening 😕 after i've installed the update and disconnected the phone from the computer, i turn the phone on it vibrates and shows a dull black screen then turns itself off, then it keeps repeating it by itself

I don't understand, lets go over this

download and install SEUS on your PC
Run SEUS
turn off your phone
choose your phoen (on seus) and wait for seus to ask you to connect your phone
press and hold the power button and then while still holding the back button connect the USB cable
don't release the back button until SEUS tell you to

did you do all that?

yeah i done that 😕 , i've had the phone for about a year and have never had a problem with it before

try again w/o the SD and SIM cards. I don't remember does this phone has a removable battery?

nope that doesn't work either 😕 i've done everything now, do you think i should send it to a shop to see if they could fix it?
