Unable to capture snaps

I have a problem with my phone i open camera and capture snap, when i click capture its throw me on main menu.

I have done soft reset the phone but no improvement

Kindly Advice.

currently i have only phone memory and its 16 MB free.

were you able to capture pictures before? delete some pictures and see if you can take new pictures

I have deleted all picture but same result.

currently 16MB free space are available in my phone memory

If the application crashes and throws you to the main menu it sounds like a software issue in which case I would have to advise that you run an update via PC Companion:

I don't know if it's compatible with your phone but try this out

it might be your computer,

restart your computer on safemode (restart then press F8) then run PCC or SEUS
