What will happen if I forget my password / pattern lock?

If I want to change for a new SD card, should I only need to copy all files from the original SD card? Anything else I need to configure??

If you forget your password/paatern lock, you will need to use the SE update service to hopefully remove the password / pattern lock on your phone.

SE Update service

Download, install and launch the update service on the PC. Follow the onscreen prompts.

Note that the phone settings and data will be lost.

If you are wanting to use a new SD card, yes you can transfer the files to the new SD card.

It might be a good idea to format the SD card if it is not formatted yet(usually will already be)

Anyway you can either use the phone of the PC to do it.

On the phone,, Settings Menu --> Storage --> Unmount SD card --> Erase SD card.
