So Er K850 software problem

Hello all

I have K850 the problem is as follow:

when I turn it on without sim it starts on and keeps work ( with Demo state)

but when I insert the sim card the problem start as the screen goes black (like the device restart the power) alot of time

start then turn off ,start then turn off sequencialy,,

I make an update from the Website ,but it give me that the software is up to date

so I can't update the device

shull I have to take it to an service office to make the download by BOX

Have you tried a different SIM card?
