No problems in receiving and making calls. Cannot be service provider problem as I have been using the same sim card for many years. Im recieveing text messages but the phone fails to ring or notify me in any way so i have to go into my inbox to see if i have new text messages otherwise i wouldnt know. o2 keep telling me to factory reset my phone but i have had two of these phones now and really dont want to have to set up the thing again. Would really appreciate some help as o2 arent so good at the support after they have your money, thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
