Don't panic yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to find a USB Micro SDHC card reader so that you can insert the card reader to your PC's USB port. Remove the SD Card and put it into the card reader.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then if you are able to see the contents of your SD card, on your PC's file manager, copy the contents to some location in your PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have transferred the contents, format the SD card using the FAT32 option if your card size is above 2GB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recopy back the contents you placed on the PC back to the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now insert the SD Card back into the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully your phone will be able to recognise the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot import contacts after phone update</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated my phone as was experiencing problems with it and was told this would help. I backed up everything onto my memory card before I updated it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, when I go to import contacts, it says, Could not read memory card ("NovCard file on memory card"). Please tell me I have not done this wrong and have lost all my contacts... aaaagh, help!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tracy x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
