Not working back button (SK17i)

Guys please try this...
Tap your back button repeatedly and see if the back button will continue to respond cause mine didn't
I don't know it is the work of SE staff but I need to put the phone to sleep before I can use the back button again
but it only works for awhile... Sometimes it doesn't work at all...

Can you try to perform a software/firmware repair using PC Companion to see if it helps.

Connect your phone to the PC via the USB cable

The repair option on PC Companion (Support Zone --> Update --> Repair).

Please backup your phone data and settings before proceeding.

If that did not work, can you try the SE Update service

Download, install and launch the update service on the PC. Follow the onscreen prompts.
