X2 - problems, service is useless

05/06/10 - Purchased

23/06/10 - [ 18 days ] Send to service centre for vaious problems

08/08/10 - [ 45 days ] Received a replacement

Problems in new phone.

Battery life mentioned on website is 500 hrs standby / 10 hrs talktime. It is hardly 25 percent of the claim.
Volume for ring tone & alarm is very low
Hand writing recognising is a feature mentioned in manual & website, but not available.
USB charging – some times it charges & some timed it does not charge.
Key board - Many keys are malfunctioning. Z & Y are interchanged. Please see picture.
All icons for setting are malfunctioning - e.g. autolock icon goes to phone reset setting

I really dont know what to do.

this is a clear case where you should consider only phone exchange with the company.
