Outlook Active Sync stopped working

On Thursday evening my Active Sync stopped working all of a sudden. The Calendar and Contacts still work. Is there a log where I can troubleshoot? My IT department will need hard facts 😉

I'm in a similar boat, unfortunately, my outlook never worked, however I can sync my calendar and I'm able to send out going e-mails.

I think the problem is related to the message format SE uses for connecting to MS Exchange. You can find some discussion about it here.

My IT guy said the solution was specific to the posters configuration, but I think there must be some way to generically configure MS exchange to work.

He mentioned we're using a CISCO router, don't know if that's the issue.

Hi All!

I own a Xperia ray from last 2months. I have encountered a problem with Activesync. As I have synced my phone to my corporate mail server and I am recieving mails also but only when I am connectd with WiFi. And when I connects my phone to my phone operators data connection Activesync doesn't syncs but with the same data connection I can get mails in third party Activesync application. Please help otherwise I'll have to buy a third party mail application.
