Hi,

It happened now a couple of times that the phone becomes completely unresponsive.

The phone is locked and I want to check eg the mail or so and it is no longer waking up.

No button can wake it again.

I tried to call to my phone to see if it would wake up, but I just get voicemail.

Only solution is to reset, by pressing vol up and power for some seconds.

This forces the phone to restart.

It even happened twice on the same day. Since I'm using the phone for my work, I need to be available during the day. So when this happens, I'm completely unavailable until I check the phone myself and notice the problem

I'll try it when it would happen again.

For now it has been some time since I had it.
