Marshmallow update blocked my apps usage

I have issues with whatsapp, gallery, Facebook, music player , video player,...... Any app that uses data from my phone. For everything it says turn off draw over app. Pls i did everything I read online so far. This is so bad. Pls someone help me. I tried to turn off in safe mode, i tried to stop other apps and tried giving permissions, i turned all draw over app on and off. Nothing working seriously. Now i am using my phone like a basic model phone. So pls help me

could you unisntall facebook messenger and check again?

I don't have Facebook messenger but i tried unistalling and reinstalling whatsapp😞 that also didn't work

Ya i do. I can't change any permission even in safe mode

it's a bit drastic but you could repair the phone with XC and check again.
