Locked screen is lighting

My screen is lighting when locked.
It's black but unambiguously lighting.
Rebooting did not help.
Any idea?

do you experience the same in >>> safe mode ?

Now it seems it stopped doing it but it can still come back.

So, basically I'd say 'it's on', it's not completely dark but there's some light on it. It's like I would turn the screen light at the minimum level.

What do you think?

If you don't see the same behavior while in >>> safe mode then it is a third party app acting up

No, in normal mode. I'll try it again tonight cause it's hard to notice this at daylight. It's pretty random-like when it is doing and when not.
This problem and the automatic light intensity control problem I mentioned in the other post seems to be connected.
I haven't downloaded any new app lately, just refreshed the old ones so that's why it seems strange that this can be caused by a thrid party app. Or not?
