No video playback on normal data - only on wifi

When I want to view a video clip om Facebook, while on phone data, it won't play - then as soon as I switch to wifi, it plays. I've checked the Facebook app settings and phone settings, can't find anything... But when it's a link with a video clip, then it plays it in the link... Please help.

Since facebook it's a third party app, you will have to contact the app developer; with that said, I know some carrier/networks have unlimited facebook data but no video/audio streaming.
