Calls with Xperia performance

Who can tell me, I please how to activate the phone screen when Im in a call. It always turns black and no matter what I can do It doesn't come on. So I'm not allow to use the dial pad to dial extension, or choose option to forward my calls to the right direction. Thanks

Do you have a screen protector (glass) that might cover the sensor? It is very sensitive. Try to clean it up a bit.

Yes I do. It happens since the first time. I tried all kind sets. The only way I can use the dial it is if I plug the headset and I have the phone in the play music. So the music stops, and the call comes up, but the screen still on. Otherwise, it doesn't work.

Try clearing the cache from the dialler application

Guys, thank you very much. It was all my lack of attention. I put the screen protector as soon as the phone arrived and I forgot completely to uncover the - sensor light - and since it is transparent, I didn't notice, and I wasn't aware of it anyway. Didn't read the manual. problem is fix.
