Pictures from camera are black

Guys can you help me coz everytime i capture pics and transfer to sd card the pics turn into blacn and cant be open..

Sorry I cannot understand the last part.

Are you saying they turn Black and don't open? Are you getting some form of error message? Have you tried emailing them and if so does the issue continue?

Do they turn black when viewing them on the handset or does this only occur when transferred to PC? Also how are you transferring the content across to PC?

Sorry, i got you mislead , i mean ewhen i transferred the photo to sd card due to the internal already full.the photo turn into black and cannot view, can you help me what to do in this problem?

What are you using to transfer from Internal to SD, is this File Commander?

I just gobto setting -storage - miscellaneous then i click tranfer data to sd card and the pop icon show the pics apps and videod that going to transfer and the i click transfer after transferring the pics and other i cant view the pics to phine and cant see even in sd card i want to know what probably the problem in this matter thanjs much..

And also happen i took pictures even not tranfer to sd card after capturing the photo it turn into black...

Hey dballosa, in order to use LTE, you have to have a plan that supports it. If you have a plan that does support it but aren't able to access it, check if the APN's are correct.
