    <description>I'm pretty Arto Technical Service Sony Xperia, I have (I still have) a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, send him to repair the screen and back glass as easily broken, they took him 14 of September, I will pay it I asked for a September 23 (129 €) and still have no phone, pasasdos two weeks I get in touch by chat and do not tell me anything you do not see the web (your phone still under repair), I call on the phone ( a "902" €) and tell me that until within 15 days or 20 days since payment is made can not contact the service, spend 15 days I'll call, I apologize and that they will put in contact with the service, they spend 20 days and write to you and besides you are already talking as if it were a heavy and you're bothering without me nothing I respond that we have said we will contact you when you do your service and I still my phone but with paid repair, tomorrow plowing a month took my phone. &amp;nbsp; He cursed the day that I happened to buy the Sony Z3 Compact last time, is a feeling of helplessness that they do not care nothing huge, and you can not do what you want, this is what there &amp;nbsp; Both Sony much milk if one pays an official service expect more professionalism, what I have is unique ambiguity</description>

      <description>That's the point, is a user based forum and all users should know about the issues that some users come across when they have to deal with customer care support/service. In just a few words xperia customer service is the worst I ever come across.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sony is not a world-wide company ?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is nerve racking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One need to address is local support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, What if the local support not worth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony need to have a world-wide&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;customer service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I not even start to talk about secuirty issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sony is the&amp;nbsp;dangerous device out-there.
