The flash is reflected on to the lens after changing my back cover

Since I replaced the broken back glass of my phone with a new one, i notice my pictures has not been clear again whenever I took a picture in the flash light do reflect in the picture. Please guys how can I resolve this? Help

Did you replace that cover yourself or in a repair shop? Was it an original back cover? And do you use any case on the mobile at the moment?

Hi @Abesky,

Did you replace the cover yourself or have a service center do it for you? My recommendation is that you get in touch with your Local support in order to have your device sent to an authorized service center. This way, a trained technician can have a look at it which also ensures that the repair is done correctly.

Before taking it to a service center though, make sure that you do not have any fingers in close proximity of the camera or have any obstructing covers which may reflect the light back onto the lens.
