This is a global user based forum, since repairs are handled on a local level there's unfortunately not much I can do from here other than recommending that you contact your local support team.

I'm sorry for any trouble this may cause for you.

Hi from Portugal,

Usually I carry the C4 in the front pocket of my pants, while walking! When I sit down, I shoot it from the pocket. From one moment to the next, when shooting the phone pocket, he presents this shadow on the screen! The phone was purchased in December 2015. I contacted the technical assistance of Sony in Portugal, DataFax, reported the event, I sent them a phone photographs by email. After a week without news of DataFax, I called there, and spoke with a technician! The answer, always by phone, was that the phone suffered a twist that damaged the display internally! I mentioned that this had not happened, because if so, the phone would have visible external signs of damage. The phone has no risk, not fall, I do not fault any outside or indications of abuse!
The price of repair is 65 € + VAT!
As the phone is under warranty, I asked if this repair was under it! The answer was no! That had been misuse!
The C4 is the tenth sony I have! I am a customer, yet the brand was Ericsson!
What do you think I do? With Sony Portugal not worth talking about.

Thanks

Hi @Virgilio,

Welcome to the forum!

If I understood you correctly then your phone fell from your pocket after which you started having trouble with the display, yes?

Unfortunately I can in this case only refer you to contact your Local support regarding this as warranty and service procedures vary on a local level. My recommendation is that you have your phone sent to and examined by an authorized service centre.
