Z1C slow charging, fast drain

I have my Z1 compact for almost a year and few days ago it started charging really slow - around 1%/hr with phone off, and pretty much nothing with phone on and screen off. Charging using wall socket charger - original charger, original cable. Don't know if its any different using magnetic charger, ordered it recently and waiting for shipping.

Batterry drain seems bigger as well - around 1%/minute with screen on and around 3%/minute with screen on and stamina mode.

What I have noticed around the beginning of when everything started is that smart connect started randomly prompting with 'unrecognized headset' warnings, not sure if it has anything to do with batterry, but I just thought to point this out.

Edit: I tried repairing it using xperia companion - nothing changed. It seems as well that usb cable and phone micro usb phone has poor connection between each other since it randomly stops and continues charging while plugged in. So perhaps problem is micro usb port?

Could you try a different USB cable to rule it out?

Tried samsung cable, still experienced random charging interruptions

Edit: Did another repair, plugged it to laptop to charge, weirdly it started properly charging, reached 30% and stopped.

Based on this information, your best bet is going to be getting the handset to a service agent, as this is likely going to be hardware related.
