I think the camera focus was bad.
It's slow to respon. I try it to take some text picture n try to moving forward near the text, the result camera focus is slow to respon even i cant get a clear text from picture

@Riand I don't need a super fast camera but in my experience it focuses pretty quick.

I m using camera version 2.0.0.86 and cant find focus mode in option (picture show the focus mode below ''more'' ,but on my device is ''object tracking'')

I don't see a focus mode it just focues on its own.

Go to Manual mode and change the focus settings
