I tend to use the phone with one hand, and I definitely use the "back function" much more often than the "recent apps" function.. I am right handed, but when I am handling the phone with one hand, my thumb definitely cannot reach the back button when it is on the left side of the home button. I wished very badly that the back button to be located on the right side instead. I am sure many others will feel the same.
