Sometimes unable to receive Calls after 23.5.A.1.291 update on z3 dual D6633

After Latest android update i am unable to receive calls on many ocassions.

I have cleared the call logs.

checked with stamina mode disabled.

however restarting the phone helps for sometimes but after few more hours the situation is same.

i have 60% free space on internal and 55 % on external.

please share your views if anyone else is also facing the same problem.

i don't want to reset the phone. it takes alot of time in restoring old backup and all.

That could be a third party app acting up, boot in >>> safe mode for several hours and see if you experience the same issue.
