No notifications on lock screen

Hi,

I am trying to start a new post but guess I am not able yet as a new user but can anyone give me advise. I have just been given xperia xa as a gift and love it but find that I have to unlock (no pin) my phone to see notifications is tiresome. I see the led and hear the sound but my screen is back until I turn it on with the side button and swipe.

Does anyone have a solution or is this just how it is?

If you go to settings - sound and notification - when device is locked - show notification content.

I use NiLS app to get notifications to wake the screen. I'm still running Lollipip

Hello,

I am an Xperia XA user. Bought the phone around 1 month ago. I have the same exact issue. My previous phone had Lollipop and worked fine. Me XA settings are correct.

Does anyone else see the same issue ? Is there a solution ?
