Touchscreen sometimes doesn't work

I have a problem with my Z3.
The screen gets crazy sometimes and sometimes not work.
I have not dropped or wet mobile.
I wish someone would help me. Please.

HI @BEAST1, I am sorry about that.

Can you relate the touch not responding to anything specific you do? For example if you use a specific app or service? How do you get it to work once it happens, does a reboot mend it?

If you can force it to happen, can you try to see if the same occurs in safe mode?
