Black Dot in pics from camera

Hi I am getting a black Dot in every picture I am clicking from rear Camera I had already cleared data for camera but nothing is changing

Please check pics and tell me what to do

I cant see the picture yet, till it gets approved.

but have you tried cleaning the sensor with a non alcoholic moist wipes?

try to use other camera apps

boot to safe mode

Hi @Pra123-, I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with the rear camera.

When you use the front camera you don't experience the black dot in the photos, is that correct? If that is correct could you please try and see if there is any dusts or similar on the rear camera? If there is, use a soft cloth material to clean the camera cover.

If there is no dust or grease I would recommend that you reboot your phone in safe mode and take a few photos. Do you still see the black dot when the phone is booted in safe mode?

If you still the black dot in the photos when using your rear camera in safe mode I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I asked after trying everything but it seems something is not working properly.

Maybe these are faced by other too

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps that I suggested I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support so they can assist you with sending the device to an authorized service centre since this sounds like a hardware error.

Is it a dust inside the camera lens becasue when I zoom 30% the dot get disappear. It/s particulary not a but a sort of weird design.

Sorry to hear that.

Since this is a hardware error I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support and they will be able to assist you with getting the phone sent in to an authorized service centre so they can repair your phone.
