As you can see in the screen shot, the same error message comes for rear camera.

In short no recording from both cameras.

And no other applications activated which uses camera.

Then what's wrong with it??

I have tried it. The screen shot I uploaded is taken in safe mode.

What is left for you to try is a software repair using Xperia Companion. This totally looks like a software issue.

Hey guys, I gave my phone to local support centre for software repair. They updated my phone from 5.1 to 6.0 and now camera is ready for recording.
I want ask another thing that I have seen that in marshmallow lock screen clock is seen by swiping from the left edge but I can't do it in my phone?
Is this feature available for xperia x only?
I am using xperia c5 ultra dual.

That is the new UI from X series as far as I know. Good to hear the recording works now.
