Hi all,

For a couple of months I've not been able to add a new Contact to my Xperia Z3 Compact.

I go through the motions, hit SAVE and the message 'Contact Saved' flashes up, but if I try to find the Contact it's not there, and it doesn't assign the name to the entries in the calls list, texts, WhatsApp etc. I've tried adding through Contacts and WhatsApp but it does the same thing. The Outlook app doesn't even give me the option to add a new contact.

It seems to be a clash between the phone Contacts and Outlook, where I keep all of my contacts.

Please help, it's driving me nuts!

Hi @Barryt01,

Welcome to the community.

In the contacts app, press the 3 dots on the top right and select 'Filters'. Are your contacts filtered in here? Basically, tick every box to be sure they are being displayed.
