Hi,
Aside from the obvious qualms of falsely advertised 8gig of internal memory (4gig tajen up by the OS, 2+gig taken up by hard installed apps and essentially nothing left after installing facebook and a few other apps) I have a major problem.
About 4 months into my initial purchase, my screen started having issues. I was asked to send my phone away and not offered a temporary phone in the meantime. I denied this as I partially work via my phone and need to be contactable at all times. I stuck with the faulty screen for another 6 months before I could bare it no longer and made time in work to send my phone away. With 2 months left on my warranty I figured I might as well as I had to move shortly after the warranty expired. After a week and a half of waiting, what I got back was a phone that overheats to the point of burning ones hand. I asked my service provider to replace it but they told me to email Sony. I did repeatedly and no reply. During the lead up to the expiration of my warranty, things got worse. Random resets, faulty SD card port, faulty GPS, etc

The service provider said there was nothing they could do but that it was clear I had gotten a faulty refurbished model. So for all my patience and brand loyalty, I've been screwed in a way that effects my business and had the last of my warranty time wasted and exploited. My service provider also requested I contact Sony again so here I am contacting them, albeit more publicly.

I am disabled and I hace been taken advantage of

Hi @Shade_Aurion,

I'm sorry to hear that and I understand your frustration. There is unfortunately not much we can do from here. I recommend that you instead contact your Local support team as this is a global forum and warranty and service procedures vary on a local level.
