I lost my front\rear camera switch button I repair it with companion pc sutie but with no use any body faces this problem could help me please?

Hi @moayyadomari,

Do you mean that you have tried a software repair using Xperia Companion? If the camera still did not work after that I recommend that you contact your Local support in order to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre.

We didn't have a local support center here in Syria for that I asked you to help me. Are there any possible solutions rather than software repair

Sadly what Didrik say is correct, before thinking about hardware damage it's important to rule out the possibility of a software fault that don't allow the os to start/recognize the camera.

If you already did the software repair then what you can do is:

Make valid your warranty, if any, contacting Sony

Or

If there is really no Sony in Siria then.. Repairing by yourself or bringing the phone to a mobile phone shop. The issue may be simple like a simple disconnection, a fault in the main board or in the camera module.

@moayyadomari, you can also try sending an e-mail to "questions.sy@support.sonymobile.com" which is the e-mailaddress to our support for the Syrian market.
