How old is the SIM card? settings > about phone > status > signal strength, you might want to double check with your carrier / network

Its working fine in good area coverage, but when there is no network, the signal strength icon at the top dosnt reflect that

Hi @Mwael105,

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear you're having network issues. The bars you see at the top of the screen really have no standardised indication as to how much signal is actually there so it's difficult to measure using that. The best way to test your signal strength is with the steps @uliwooly advised, as you can see the exact dBm you're getting on your device.
