I dropped my Z5 premium on the phone and since then it stopped working. Tried the 2 minute reset and does not work.No vibration was given out but it still gives out heat. Going to give it to the Xperia Centre but wants to check if there is any solution I can try without wiping the memory of the phone. PC is also dead so I can't use the PC companion app.
