      <title>Intermittant call fade problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got a new Xperia XA 2 weeks ago and I have an intermittant issue which is driving me crazy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I talk to my best friend (and we talk a lot) the the sound will fade away quickly&amp;nbsp;and I can hear nothing. My friend can hear me clearly. This can happen after 30 seconds or 8 minutes. Or not at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the screen is black and I am not catching it at all and I don't believe I am. I have tried putting the phone on audio/speaker but I still cannot hear anything. In desperation I took the phone back and they swapped it for a new one. The second time I called my friend, bang. Fade out again after 6 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This strikes me as not being a problem with the phone or signal drop otherwise we would cut off. As to what it could be I am at a total loss. I am not technical in anyway, so please keep any answers or suggestions to a basic level please!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on O2 my friend is on Virgin mobile and we are not in the same locations when it happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not easy for me to go back to the phone shop as it means a trip to the City. Anyone any ideas? It doesn't seem to happen with anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Knowing nothing at all about phone tech, I didn't know about a safe mode and I can certainly follow the instructions to it. Can you leave it in safe mode for a while as the problem is so random?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
