Can't connect to a computer

Hello, i bought my phone in november 2015 and since, i can't connect it to my computer. I try with differents USB cable and computers with Xperia Companion software but it never works.

Is it only Xperia Companion that does not see the handset or is it the computer in general? Also do other computers see the device?

No, the computer don't see the phone at all.

I look at the Device Manger but when i connect the phone, nothing appear.

I think the problem is the phone, and not the cumputers.

Yes, as when it is charging.

That is rather odd, can you boot to safemode and then try connecting and let us know the result.

That's a real shame, this could possibly be hardware then especially as it wont be seen by multiple computers.
