Sorry to hear you cannot access Facebook in your phone. Could you elaborate on what is happening? Are you receiving any error messages? Do you have an active internet connection in your device?

hi i open my facebook apk on my phone but i cant access on my experia facebook i have active internet connection

@kurtred, could you try clearing data for the app? Note that this will reset the app and you will have to log in again. Go to Settings > Apps > All > Facebook > Press Clear data. After this is done restart your device and open the Facebook app. Can you log in now? If not I would need a more detailed description on what is happening in order to help you.

Could you also confirm what Android version your device is running under Settings > About phone?
