Could you tell us a little more about what is happening? Do you mean that your phone freezes when certain actions are performed? I'd recommend that you start by rebooting your phone to safe mode, are you still experiencing the same thing?

I'm still not sure I fully understand your question unfortunately. Do you mean that while playing music the music stops when starting another app, a game for example? This isn't abnormal behaviour, media sound is used for both games and music and depending on the app music can be paused when starting a game/other app.
