      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey I got the same problem in my Z5 Compact, did you solved it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried reinstaling the app but its just not working, I think it got wet and hardware damaged. Trying to contact support from SONY but the phone is from Hong Kong (yikes!)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
