Some markets and retailers include it, some don't.
All depends on the individual retailer.

Do I understand you correctly in that you are referring to the Sony BKB50?

I am afraid that it isn't possible for me to answer if it's included in your market and from your retailer, since even though I work globally, I'm based in the Nordics. Box content upon purchase varies on a market to market- as well as a retailer to retailer basis, so I kindly recommend that you get in touch with your Local support or your retailer which you plan to purchase the Z4 Tablet from to see if it's included specifically for you.
