Once you've done so the device will start to read all media stored on your device, which may take several minutes depending on how much media you have.

Restart your device after clearing data and wait, the media should slowly start coming back to your device. Let me know if that helped!

In that case it sounds like the SD card may be the cause of this, if you can not see any media stored on it. The card could be defect, do you have the possibility to try connecting a different SD card in your device to see if the same behaviour occurs? If not, I would recommend that you try formatting the SD card to see if that helps.

You can format the SD card directly in your device by going to Settings > Storage > Erase SD card > ERASE SD CARD. Formatting the card this way will result in all the data stored on the card being lost, so make sure to back up your content prior to doing so if you wish to keep specific data.

Let me know if you still can't view content stored on SD Cards after you've done so and we can continue troubleshooting.
